【DX設計館 | Urban Yarns】展覽講座 - 淺談針織與香港文化二次創作

針織總被認為只是一項造衣服的工藝，它或許未能如印刷製衣做出最準確精細的圖案，但其千變萬化的針法和圖案變化，針織工藝能夠創造出豐富多樣的紋理、花紋和彈性效果，滿足各種設計需求。

是次分享會利用解說展覧互動裝置逐一了解針織設計的工藝要項及特色，並透過展品重新認識香港城市蘊藏的設計美學，讓一根毛線重新連結香港的歷史、工藝及文化。

由一群充滿熱誠的時裝設計師創立的全新針織品牌hoopla，擅長揉合傳統針織工藝及潮流元素，產品均以針織為基礎，再加添鮮艷色彩及香港懷舊文化，製作出一系列既有趣又實用的產品，包括針織袋、頭飾、男女毛衣，以及毛毯頸枕等家品，期望以一個精細獨特的針織天地，努力宣揚「就係香港針織」的設計理念。

【DX design hub | Urban Yarn 】Talk: Cultural Derivative Work in Hong Kong

From haw flakes to "human waste flakes," and Biscuit stick to “Self-important” — products filled with Hong Kong’s nostalgic cultural elements, paired with witty local-style parodies, create an amusing blend. The co-founder and chief designer of hoopla will discuss how reimagining and reinventing classic cultural themes allow Hong Kong’s nostalgic heritage to reclaim a place within ever-changing trends.

若八號熱帶氣旋警告信號於當天下午2時前除下，本館將會在3小時內重新開放；如警告於下午2時或其後除下，本館當日將維持關閉。

The Lounge will resume service within three hours if the signal is cancelled before 2pm; if the signal is cancelled at or after 2pm , the Lounge will remain closed for the day.

黑色暴雨警告 Black rainstorm warning:

若本館經已開放，則開放時間維持不變。若黑色暴雨警告在本館開放前經已生效，本館將不會開放，直至黑色暴雨警告除下。倘若除下時距離本館閉館時間不足兩小時，當日將不會開放。

If the warning is issued during normal opening hours, The Lounge will remain open.

If the warning is issued before The Lounge opens, The Lounge will be closed until the warning is cancelled. If the warning is cancelled less than 2 hours before normal closing hours, The Lounge will remain closed that day.

本館保留權利及絕對酌情權隨時改變、更改、增補、刪除、暫時停載、修訂及更新此訪客指引而無須給予任何理由及預先通知。
