謝永輝（Freddie Tse Wing Fai），現任香港手球隊隊長，曾多次代表香港出戰亞洲錦標賽、亞運會及全國運動會，並在第十五屆全國運動會中有傑出表現，展現卓越的領導力與運動實力。除了場上的成就之外，Freddie 亦是「Dream Builder」綜合運動中心的創辦人，致力推廣手球及培養年輕一代的運動文化。

在這場充滿啟發的分享會中，Freddie 將會分享他作為香港手球隊隊長的心路歷程與挑戰，並探討運動如何培養自信、紀律與抗逆力，激勵新一代勇敢追夢，以熱血與堅持將運動精神延伸至生活價值。

Freddie Tse Wing Fai, current Captain of the Hong Kong Handball Team, has represented Hong Kong at the Asian Championships, Asian Games, and National Games, where he delivered an outstanding performance at the 15th National Games. Beyond his achievements on the court, Freddie is the Founder of “Dream Builder” Sports Center, dedicated to promoting handball and fostering a strong sports culture among youth. In this inspiring session, Freddie will share his journey, the challenges he has overcome, and how sports can build confidence, discipline, and resilience, empowering the younger generation to pursue their dreams with courage and passion.

8 號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號 Typhoon sign No. 8 or above:

若八號熱帶氣旋警告信號於當天下午2時前除下，本館將會在3小時內重新開放；如警告於下午2時或其後除下，本館當日將維持關閉。

The Lounge will resume service within three hours if the signal is cancelled before 2pm; if the signal is cancelled at or after 2pm , the Lounge will remain closed for the day.

黑色暴雨警告 Black rainstorm warning:

若本館經已開放，則開放時間維持不變。若黑色暴雨警告在本館開放前經已生效，本館將不會開放，直至黑色暴雨警告除下。倘若除下時距離本館閉館時間不足兩小時，當日將不會開放。

If the warning is issued during normal opening hours, The Lounge will remain open.

If the warning is issued before The Lounge opens, The Lounge will be closed until the warning is cancelled. If the warning is cancelled less than 2 hours before normal closing hours, The Lounge will remain closed that day.
