Have you always wanted to learn how to make Chinese dumplings? Join us on Thursday, 24 June when we will learn how to make dumplings two ways. Practice different folding and cooking methods. We'll also challenge your taste buds by using real and plant-based pork - can you tell the difference? Join us in a private kitchen in Wong Chuk Hang as Chef Jan shows us how to dumpling like a champ. We'll all get to sit down to eat our culinary handy work. Some soft drinks and wines will be provided but feel free to BYO favourite drop Chef Jan has been working as a chef for more than 15 years, including lengthy stints in Caprice, VEA, Enoteca Group, and Epicurean Group. Most recently she worked as Development Chef for Peggy Chan as she updated her venue to a more high-end dining experience. Now, Jan has further developed vegan cheese products and has launched her own brand Garden Hill.Booking numbers for this event are strictly limited.*This event will be held under Covid-safe arrangements. Masks must be worn except when eating or drinking. While it's not compulsory to be vaccinated, we will ask for your vaccination status during booking for planning purposes.
