We'll also challenge your taste buds by using real and plant-based pork - can you tell the difference?

Join us in a private kitchen in Wong Chuk Hang as Chef Jan shows us how to dumpling like a champ. We'll all get to sit down to eat our culinary handy work.

Chef Jan has been working as a chef for more than 15 years, including lengthy stints in Caprice, VEA, Enoteca Group, and Epicurean Group. Most recently she worked as Development Chef for Peggy Chan as she updated her venue to a more high-end dining experience.

Now, Jan has further developed vegan cheese products and has launched her own brand Garden Hill.
