Located in Yunnan, Domaine Muxin is one of the wineries to watch from China. Owner-winemaker Mu Chao studied in Burgundy and worked at numerous esteemed estates including Clos de Tart, Clos des Fées, Jean-Louis Chave and Vérité. His Cabernet-based red is elegant and harmonious with excellent concentration and structure, while his mineral-driven Chardonnay is lively and vibrant in extremely limited quantities.
