Domaine du Salut/Château Huradin is owned by Aurélia and Frédéric Caumont, who, along with their two children, left the Parisian life to move back to their native area of Bordeaux and become winemakers at the beginning of 2015.

They are Vigneron Indépendant, which is a French label for independent winegrowers making their wines fully in-house, from the grapes to bottle.
In the heart of the AOC Graves appellation area, named after the gravels that mostly compose the land, the 16-hectare vineyard is precisely located on the Plateau of Cérons which is famous for the diversity and the quality of the soil.

Far from their initial background, the Caumonts made a radical turn …and yet obvious. Pursuing the work engaged in the vineyard for many generations, they bring their motivation and personalities to develop casual and zesty wines from sustainable wine growing techniques.

At the wine tasting dinner, Aurélia Caumont will present a large range of her wines (red, white and sweet), some of which have become the ‘house wines’ of AOC eat & drink, to the delight of our clients.
