In these classes experience the principles of Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for health and harmony.
Gentle and effective stretching and movements with meditative and breathing techniques, lead you through unique exercises to activate and balance the circulation of life force through your body’s energetic pathways the meridians.
Do In helps you to free gradually from stress and all tensions as it restores your Ki (Vital energy)
Following the intuitive road of 'doing by not doing'; the art of listening, feeling, observing, diagnosing your body from the perspective of TCM. The technique is based upon developing intuition, and a connection to one’s center and vitality. Movement becomes medicine.

Anne Cousin
Anne Cousin has studied multiple body-based disciplines since 2004 and since 2010 practices in Hong Kong. For the past 12 years she has specialized in the vitality framework. As a European Shiatsu Practitioner, registered Somatic Movement Educator, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Tension Release Exercise® Facilitator, she is an expert in the Mind-Body connections. She is passionate about helping individuals feel at home in their body; moving from chronic stresses and discomforts to feeling Body-full: present and energetic.
