A 3 day Workshop by Shaira Sakhrani

Ever thought if only my butt was a little smaller or shapely I would look so good in this outfit? These 3 part series of workshops will focus on your derriere – how to reshape it and feel super confident in any outfit that you wear. If you knew me before my weight-loss, I had a very well developed bottom and a tiny waist. I never thought I could lose it, lived with it for years and used to always wear clothes such as darker bottoms, A-line skirts or designs that would focus on my upper body, until I had a breakthrough! Come and let me disclose my secrets on how I actually lost it and have since kept it away.

About Shaira

Shaira is a Certified Health Coach who is passionate to help people reach their health goals through proper nutrition, effective lifestyle strategy and helping them learn to listen to their body.Studying Holistic Nutrition, she sees the body as a whole, that all systems are connected, and influenced by one another which in turn govern our behaviour and eating habits.By breaking down the confusion out of the latest fad of the weight loss industry, her goal is to leave you feeling amazing in your own skin and guide you to lose the weight and learn to manage your cravings.

This is a group coaching session to help you devise your unique blueprint to leave that extra butt behind with an added BONUS OF 2 PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS to ensure success.

Week 1 | June 5|7pm – 8:30pm:Why is our body storing fat in the butt?

We will discuss what major players are at key and how to limit or balance them through diet and lifestyle. Each participant will then draw up the first of three of your blueprints specific to your needs.

• Factors affecting fat deposit in the lower part of the body
• Key nutrition & lifestyle strategies to burn fat.

Week 2 | June 12 |7pm – 8:30pm: Let’s work those hips (come in workout gear)

We will be learning and doing targeted exercises. The second part of your individualized blueprint will be drawn up minding your differing exercise preferences and mobility levels.
• Crucial exercises to mobilize fat in your problem area
• Lets tone and from it

Week 3 | June 19 |7pm – 8:30pm: Mindset and goal setting

“We act on how we think”. We shall dive into our thought patterns and learn to reframe them. We will also set realistic goals to formalize our plan in the final part of our blueprint.
• What is holding you back from achieving that body?
• What are the thought processes to facilitate fat loss?
• How to devise a realistic goal?
