What services does the first-aid booth provide?

The First aid booth will be operated by CPRAED- and AFA qualified personnel. The aid booth will receive and treat all medical requests from audience and crew members. Dependent on seriousness of emergency, first aid operators will decide on whether to call ambulance services.

Can I request over-the-counter medications (like pain relievers)?

No, our medical operators are not licesned nor allowed to provide prescription medication or drugs.

What items are prohibited from being brought into the venue?

Alcohol, Cigarettes, electronic vapes, sharp items and hazardous equipment.

Are there lockers for storing large luggage?

No there won’t be lockers for storage, however, all baggage and luggage will be stored in cloak room(s) upon the audience members’ request.

Yes, prohibited items will be confiscated by venue staff and security, dependent on severity, law enforcement may or may not be called.

After check-in, how do I enter the performance venue?

After registration, there will be signs and staff members to direct audience members up 2 flights of stairs and a corridor to the main entrance of the hall.

No, alchohol will not be provided nor allowed at the event

No, belongings will not be checked upon entry.

Where are the restrooms located?

The female restroom will be located on the 1st floor, next to the cloakrooms and opposite to the registration table. 
The male restroom will be located on the 3rd floor directly outside the main entrance of the school hall.

What should I do if I lose my wristband or personal items?

If you lose your wristband, approach a staff member and explain your situation, please also present your eventbrite online confirmation email to our staff member, then he will provide you with a new one.

Yes, photo taking and recording is allowed during the performance

Is there a food or rest area inside the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, food and beverage sales will be on the 1st floor next to the registration counter. Other guest-accessible areas outside restricted zones are all considered rest areas, if you require additional chairs or seating outside the venue, please contact our staff members.
