Speaker: Jeff Coyle | Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Monograph Wealth Advisors

Jeff Coyle is Founder and CIO of Monograph Wealth Advisors, a Los Angeles, California-based wealth manager with over US$1.5bn of client assets under management. Jeff is responsible for leading the firm’s Investment Committee and client delivery. He is a member of the executive committee, manages client relationships, contributes to strategy development for firm clients, and trains teammates on advanced methods.

He also founded Libretto in 2014, an affiliated software-as-a-service company focused on delivering digital advice systems and professional training to advisors managing complex wealth.

Prior to Monograph, Jeff served as Deputy CIO of Personal Financial Services for Northern Trust. In 2010, Northern Trust acquired Waterline Partners, which Jeff co-founded, and in which he served as managing partner and CIO. Waterline managed the assets of ultra-affluent private clients and developed technology to scale management for advisors in the ultra-affluent market. Waterline was ranked by Wealth Manager Magazine as the top wealth management firm on the West Coast in 2010.

Jeff has served in executive leadership positions at top ranked independent firms throughout his career. Among them, he co-founded Quintile Wealth Management in 2002. Under his oversight, Quintile Investment Advisers was ranked as the country’s top wealth management firm by Bloomberg Wealth Manager in 2004.

Jeff is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and university graduate programs and has consulted on economic projects catering to key branches of the federal government and intelligence community. He holds a B.A. in History with an emphasis in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
