The Wineries

Featured wineries:

Antica Quercia (Veneto, Italy)

Antica Quercia is considered to be a legend in Prosecco. All of their vineyards are organic certified (very rare in the region), and we will be tasting two bottle fermented Prosecco.

Renardat-Fache (Ain, France)

Anze (Brda, Slovenia)

Anze Ivancic worked for Josko Gravner for 13 years before starting his own winery in Slovenia. His amber wines are similar in style with those from his mentor, but with more freshness and drinkability. This winery is our most exciting discovery in 2025.

From the MGA "Gabutti". Made from seventy-year-old vines grafted onto one of the first American rootstocks that successfully kept phylloxera at bay, this classically crafted Barolo undergoes lengthy fermentation and maceration times that vary with every vintage, followed by three and a half to four years aging in Slavonian oak, and is usually released a year later than most other producers' Barolos.

(sweet) Cappellano Barolo Chinato
An aromatized wine produced with Barolo Pie Rupestris. Alcohol was infused with a secret recipe (bark, spices, and herbs) before harmonized with the wine. Cappellano is the first producer of Barolo Chinato.
