About this event

This presentation will discuss the extant research literature on workplace cyberbullying and the implications for practice. It will consider how cyberbullying is conceptualised, highlighting the debate on whether cyberbullying is unique or similar to traditional bullying, as well as examining antecedents and outcomes of cyberbullying. While to date we do not have evidence of well researched interventions in cyberbullying, the presentation will provide some insights into how we might be able to intervene to reduce cyberbullying within working contexts.
