CUHK Careers Fair - Free CV Photo Shooting Session

Venue: Yasumoto International Academic Park, CUHK

Target Students: All CUHK undergraduate and postgraduate students

**Students should spare at least 30 mins (including queueing time) for the photo-shooting.

IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE REGISTRATION

Appointment Policy

1. Each student is eligible for the service ONCE only.
2. To ensure fair access, duplicate registrations using the same name or email may be cancelled without prior notice.
3. You MUST register for the CUHK Career Fair before registering for this Professional Photo Shooting session.
4. You MUST select photo-shooting timeslot that falls within the career fair timeslot you have registered for.
5. Registrants who did not register for career fair will NOT be allowed to join the Professional Photo Shooting session.

Rules of Portrait Shooting Services

1. The CV Portrait Shooting is expected to last around 30 mins including queueing time. Please spare sufficient time for the process.
2. Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes prior to the booking time. Late arrival may lead to delay in service, which in turn lengthen your waiting time and the overall process.
3. Late arrival for over 20 minutes will be considered as NO SHOW and your booking will be RELEASED to the walk-in students. Penalties may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

1. Your absence would deprive other student's right to make an appointment in the timeslots. Therefore, you must send your cancellation request on Eventbrite on or before 14 October (Tuesday) at 9am.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Only cancellation is available, no rescheduling is allowed after your reservation is confirmed. If you want to change your timeslot, you must cancel your reservation and make a new reservation (subject to availability on the form).

Waiting List Policy

• If there are no available timeslots on this booking page, you can sign up for the waiting list.
