APCSC and HKUST have jointly developed the HK CRE Index covering 18 industries’ customer satisfaction performance. The upcoming CRE Index CXO Forum will focus on the post pandemic business impact, and the high growth industry performance in the eCommerce and Online Food Order & Delivery industries benchmarking report.

Update on research findings will be presented.
