🌟 Why This Matters
Starting a conversation about suicide or self-injury can feel daunting – but it can also save a life. The Conversation Series gives you the skills, language, and confidence to approach these topics with compassion and care.
Much like physical first aid, Mental Health Conversation Workshops are recognised qualifications that provide practical, evidence-based strategies for recognising, responding to, and managing mental health symptoms and crises.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to spot early warning signs, offer effective initial support, and guide someone towards professional help. Delivered by experienced mental health professionals, it’s ideal for educators, HR teams, wellbeing leads, and anyone committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
