Owen currently leads the Business Process Management team in Ricoh Hong Kong. He is responsible for overall strategies and provides the technology consultancy on digital transformation for enterprises of every size. Under Owen’s lead, his team has successfully serviced and advised large enterprises like Hysan Group, K11, The Wharf Holding, etc. on digital transformation projects. 


Before joining Ricoh, he has worked for several MNCs, including Schmidt Co. HK as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the technology competency center. Owen specialized in enterprise solutions and the provision of a board range of client services. He possesses extensive skill sets in business development, professional and consultancy services for over 10 years.


Owen graduated from the HK Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Computing (Hon) degree.

Cyrus, with domain knowledge on technologies in the digital workplace, has substantial pre-sales / solution architect experience for over 10 years. He is an advocate of IoT enabled workplaces in evolving workstyles. He believes IoT-ready workspaces would play a significant role in driving sustainability through the conservation of energy and precious resources. He has a strong connection with technology vendors and solutions alliance in automatic temperature controls and lighting, one-touch smart conference room, and location-aware corporate mobile apps, etc.  


Before joining Ricoh, he has worked for leading ICT service provider HKT in product marketing and consulting services.


Cyrus graduated from the City University of Hong Kong major in BBA Information System.
