About This is a complimentary community event facilitated by Ariel Lee & Chris Tracy, founders of the Kriya Lightning Foundation. They will teach you how to use Awareness to transcend aspects of the ego. This includes intense experiences of ego such as fear, anxiety, helplessness, and anger, to subtler ones such as repetitive thought patterns and limiting beliefs. In this workshop, we will present a Self-Practice technique to transcend ego as it arises in daily life. In this way, every moment becomes an opportunity to shift into greater spaces of love, peace, happiness, and freedom. We will also facilitate a deep clearing of mental, emotional, and karmic pains and patterning through a guided release session. This intensive transformational workshop requires an openness to face what is within.  

The Kriya Lightning Foundation is a non-profit organization that offers free teachings, healing sessions, and healing retreats for inner freedom and awakening.
