Meditation and mindfulness is an important part of Fivelements Habitat and becoming central to the global conversation in health and wellness supported by a growing number of scientific studies highlighting the vast number of benefits.

In this first series of a panel discussion we will discuss and demystify some of the commonly asked questions surrounding meditation such as:

• How can I find the time to meditate with such a busy schedule?
• Are there benefits of daily meditation?

• Can meditation cure depression?

Our Fivelements Habitat sacred artists will share their tools and thoughts in relation to their different meditation modalities along with a Q&A session. We will conclude with a simple 20-minute guided meditation.
