Founder, RC HR Consulting
Renee Conklin is the Founder of RC HR Consulting, an independent HR consultancy working with Hong Kong companies to help position their business for the future of work. RC HR Consulting designs and delivers an integrated employee experience through targeted talent attraction and employee engagement initiatives.
Renee has 15 years of HR and recruitment experience in the U.S. and Asia Pacific at companies both large and small. In prior HR roles, she was the Head of HR for a Hong Kong Fintech, a Vice President at Barclays and an Associate Director at UBS. Renee started her career in New York, moved to Hong Kong in 2007 and has worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region. She is in the MBA program at HKUST (Class of 2020), holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University, and a B.A. from Hobart & William Smith Colleges.
