Event description

Description

Over the past few months, sweeping changes have taken over Mainland China: banning VPN and WhatsApp, levying massive fines for China Telcos, and more.

Join us for an evening panel discussion organized by Jason Lau of Microsoft Cybersecurity, IT Governance (Invotech Board of Director). Jason aims to highlight one of the hottest topics in 2017: China's new "Cyber Security Laws".

As many Hong Kong companies have businesses or partners in China, have to handle Chinese Citizen PII data in Hong Kong, and/or have to deal with cross border data sovereignty, expert speakers will explore the concept and future of China's Cyber Security Laws. What are the risks? What are the implications? What are companies doing about it?
