On Saturday, January 10, 2026, the vibrant energy of African rhythms will take over “Chi Chi x Friends @ The Blue Girl Dai Pai Dong @ The AIA Carnival” with an unforgettable night of music and movement. From 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the event will showcase the groundbreaking sounds of DJ Chili Q, DJ Hydra, and DJ SINO, three powerhouses shaping Hong Kong’s Afro music landscape.

This special edition celebrates the individual musical journeys of these artists as they share the fruits of their creative progress. Attendees will experience a dynamic fusion of genres, including Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro House, Afro Tech, Gqom, 3-Step, Batida & more, in a night dedicated to reconnecting, building community, and enriching Hong Kong’s cultural tapestry.

A Night of Music, Dance, and Collaboration
The event will also feature Hong Kong’s top Afro street dance crews, whose electrifying performances will ignite cyphers and freestyle sessions, bringing authentic energy to the dance floor. As the night progresses, the final hour will introduce an “Open Deck” segment, providing a supportive space for emerging artists to experiment, collaborate, and chart new creative grounds.

· DJ CHILI Q (Host)
A cultural bridge between Asia and Africa, Chili Q captivates global audiences with her unique fusion of Afrobeats, Amapiano, and Gqom. Her immersive sets, combined with live dance & performance elements, create a full-sensory celebration of rhythm and movement.

· DJ HYDRA
A rising star in the underground electronic scene, Hydra’s hypnotic blend of African rhythms and modern textures has earned international acclaim. With releases on prestigious labels and support from industry giants, he continues to push the boundaries of Afro House.

· DJ SINO
The founder of AFRORAVE HK, SINO is dedicated to bringing underrepresented Afro-centric electronic genres to Asia. Her sets, inspired by her love for Afro dance and music, span Amapiano, Batida, Kuduro, and more, creating an electrifying auditory experience.
