CertTESOL Taster: Teaching Grammar
Overview
This introductory lesson on teaching grammar is taken from the Trinity CertTESOL course and provides a useful opportunity for teachers interested in the CertTESOL to experience a typical lesson.
In this workshop, we will explore:
- the functions of grammar
- how to help learners understand how to structure sentences
- the challenges learners face
- how this will affect teaching practice
You will also get the chance to get some first-hand experience with the ways that input sessions are delivered on the CertTESOL course, meet a course tutor and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the course.
The Trinity CertTESOL is one of only 2 named courses for Hong Kong's EDB - Primary NET Scheme.
