A Business Simulation tries to mimic a real business environment as much as possible to make learning applicable & engaging. This makes learning happen not just by teaching but doing as well. All leadership, business and soft skills is improved mostly through doing.
In this game 'Farming in the Future', participants should deal with the market demand, investment opportunities, financial situation, internal competitive edge, business continuity plan, team performance... In short, this simulation game displayed a miniature of a company or association.
