Right until the age of 8, there is no real difference in confidence levels between boys and girls, but between the ages of 8-14, research shows that a girl’s confidence can drop as much as 30%. Racheal Kwacz will look at the cultural and physiological perspective of this significant drop of confidence in girls and also look at strategies of how to raise a community of strong, confident, kind, inclusive girls and boys supporting their bests.
