Building a resilient mindset

About this Event

Are you feeling that situations and things are just happening to you, that are out of your control? Does this affect you and others around you in an adverse way?

You can choose to allow it to have a negative effect, or you can choose to manage and respond productively. But how?

In this one-hour interactive webinar, we invite participants to discuss and reflect on gaining their resilience, by understanding how to respond versus reacting from emotion, shifting perspective to a growth mindset and finally building trust with others/teams to help them during times of difficulty and disruption.

The outcome is for participants to support and align with the SDG #3 Good Health and Well-Being goal, the outcome is for participants to gain insights and tools to process difficult emotions, develop agile problem-solving and assist others to be change-capable.
