🌟 Why Join Bridge of Support?
In our fast-paced, high-pressure world, we often want to support others but worry about saying the wrong thing – or neglect our own wellbeing in the process. The Bridge of Support 支持之橋 programme gives you the tools to communicate with empathy, set healthy boundaries, and build resilience – so you can help others and look after yourself.
Across three interactive in-person sessions, participants will develop tools in communication, emotional resilience, empathy, and self-care, while learning how to connect people with the right support. The programme incorporates Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) principles to promote compassionate and inclusive communication.
