About Breathwork Masterclass at Fivelements Habitat
We will explore the new science of a lost art: Breathwork. Breathwork is the most powerful, transformative and most accessible tool we have for self-regulation, optimisation and deep inner work. Breathwork is meditation on jet fuel! Learn how to steer and optimise your internal state to lead a happy, healthy and high performing life. Not suitable for these people - pregnant women, people with serious cardiovascular health issues, and anyone with severe mental health such as schizophrenia and psychosis.
