About Melanie Martinelli:


Melanie has 10 years of experience in Learning & Development and is the first certified Accelerated Learning certified facilitator in India. Melanie effectively collaborates with individuals and organizations in building memorable and result-oriented learning experiences. She believes that accelerated learning is the key to bringing the joy of learning back into training and significantly improve trainings' return on expectations. Melanie is focused on bringing learning and development at the forefront, alongside key business stakeholders. Along with being the first Accelerated Learning certified facilitator in India, Melanie is also India's first Kirkpatrick certified facilitator. The amalgam of these helps her provide customized learning solutions that guarantee effective and relevant results.

Jacob is well respected as a dynamic facilitator, workshop designer and corporate trainer with expert knowledge of adult learning principles and a decade of L&D experience across Asia Pacific.

Jacob has a strong track record of partnering with HR and business leaders to understand the learning needs of the business, designing engaging learning approaches, delivering solutions in support of talent management initiatives and measuring the effectiveness of training engagements. Deliverables include corporate off-sites, learning events & workshops, skill-based training and one-on-one coaching.
