Terms and Conditions

Shoppers are required to register as CLUB ic members for signing up the workshops.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop and prepare the e-tickets for check-in.
The event will be conducted in English unless otherwise specified.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their health conditions are suitable for joining the event. If in doubt, please seek medical advice in advance. Any participant who feels unwell during the event should inform our on-site team for assistance.
Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the exercise sessions.
PURE reserves the right and at its sole discretion to decline the participation of anyone who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event.
Participants must comply with PURE Fitness rules, regulations and staff instructions.
PURE reserves the right to carry out photography and filming during the event for promotional purposes.
If the event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Paid tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Except upon occurrence of adverse weather conditions, i.e., when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in force, or a Black, Red, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, PURE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The arrangement will be annouced at least 2 hours prior to the start of the activity. Should the event be cancelled, or should participants be unable to attend the rearranged activities, the payment will be refunded. All refunds will be processed in due within 30 working days after the end of the event.
Any dispute connected in any way with this event will be resolved by PURE at its absolute discretion.
