#徒手健身,係一個用自身體重作為阻力嘅訓練模式。不但可以增加肌肉及力量、提昇心肺功能,好多徒手健身動作都需要同時用到好幾組肌肉去進行,一個動作練幾個位,好抵玩!徒手健身動作仲有好多變化添,無論係初初開始做運動,抑或係練慣練熟,都總會搵到適合你練嘅嘢!

Our bodyweight is our best workout buddy! By providing resistance during the training process, our bodyweight helps us build strength and muscles, and to increase cardiovascular endurance as well! A number of muscles groups will be engaged simultaneously when doing most bodyweight exercises, isn’t it efficient to train different parts at the same time? And with a large variety of movements, #BodyweightWorkout fits everyone, from beginners to advanced!

Someone who loves training with our own bodyweight — it’s a natural way to build muscle, strength and body awareness as well! Isn‘t it just cool that we can improve ourselves by using only our bodyweight but not the external forces? Bodyweight workout can be done anytime and anywhere, making it no limit at all~ Once you begin your bodyweight training journey, I believe you will be addicted to it just as I am! The sense of fulfilment, enjoyment and resilience will just keep coming along the way. Bodyweight training isn't a cure-all, but it builds both physical and mental strength that empowers us to deal with difficulties in life!

好喜歡用自身體重進行徒手訓練,過程中不但可以增加肌肉及力量,仲可以提升身體覺知度添!喺不靠外力嘅情況下,用身體去進行訓練,自己撐住自己,然後持續進步,呢種感覺係爽嘅!隨時隨地,無拘無束,只要你想,就可以練~訓練過程中會感受到源源不絕嘅滿足感同樂趣,仲會培養出韌過Well-Done牛扒嘅韌力添!雖然徒手訓練未必可以幫我地解決所有問題,但,佢喺精神上同肉體上都可以帶俾我哋力量去勇敢面對一切未知!

RELEASE AND DECLARATION WAIVER:

As a condition of participation in Move with Kasko and any ancillary event or function (collectively the ‘Event’), the participant confirms as follows:

  1. The participant is medically and physically fit to participate in the fitness activity and has not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner.
  2. The participant understands that by participating in the Event there are risks of injury. The participant acknowledges that the fitness activity is not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis or treatment, and that fitness activity is not recommended or safe for certain health conditions.
  3. The participant is entering the Event at his/her own risk and responsibility. The participant is responsible for appropriate modifications. The participant will discontinue the activity upon pain or discomfort and seek support.
  4. The participant hereby discharges the Event Organizer and any other individual or organisation connected directly or indirectly with the Event from any responsibility in the event of injury, loss of property and/or damage incurred during or as consequence of the Event.

By signing up for Move with Kasko the participant has read and fully understands and agrees to the RELEASE AND DECLARATION stated above. The participant agrees to irrevocably release and waive any claims or liability that he/she has now or may have hereafter against the instructors and event organisers.
