Join us in March at our third workshop, part of our annual programme for 2019, on Being BOLD.

This 2 hour workshop explores what "Being BOLD" means to you personally, and how you can use that definition to grow your confidence, challenge your inner critical voice, find your edges and push your comfort zone (when appropriate, and also why pushing your comfort zone isn't necessary all of the time to be BOLD!).

We'll share ideas and stories and see how it relates to setting and working towards goals in our lives - reminding ourselves that it's very unique to us as individuals. The session will be fun and informative and challenge you to think creatively about this important topic.

As part of this workshop you will join in with our Commitment circle process which helps you celebrate success in your life, as well as commit to action once the workshop is over.

You are welcome to drop in for this one off workshop, if you like what you experience you are also welcome to join our annual programme (BOLD Goals) to support you in creating positive change across all areas of your life throughout 2019.
