Better Me Better We  共學工作坊 ｜善意溝通 - 基礎班

教育燃新是一個於2015年由一群教育工作者、教育創業者及社會企業家所創辦的慈善平台，目的為推動本地教育創新。教育燃新積極與本地及海外教育與跨界別領先者通力合作，在香港帶動深層對話、培育教育創變者、支持教育創新嘗試，並鼓勵創新經驗分享，最終目標為在這個多變的社會中，共創尊重及回應學生需要的教育，讓不同學習方法和步調的學生，都能夠擁有更好的學習歷程。Ednovatorsis a charitable platform founded in 2015 by a group of educators, edupreneurs and social entrepreneurs to catalyze innovations in education in Hong Kong. Ednovators has been fostering partnerships and working collaboratively with local and overseas education and cross-sector pioneers to facilitate dialogues, nurture education change-makers, incubate education innovations and encourage experience sharing, with the clear goal to co-create the future of education that respects and responds to the needs of students in a changing society, and provides enabling learning journeys for students who develop and learn in different ways and at different pace.

教育燃新 Ednovators

當子女因意見不同和家長或老師發生衝突，雙方難以平和地對話。基礎班旨在為家長和教師提供理論及實踐並重的支援，使雙方迅速了解彼此的感受和需要，有效改善溝通和關係。

內容:-認識「令人受傷的 4D 語言」-善意溝通理論的四步曲 (觀察﹑感受﹑需要﹑請求)-「同理聆聽」的技巧-日常生活案例和練習*此工作坊由JUST FEEL 感講主理目標:-參加者更了解自己的溝通習慣-參加者更有自信察覺自己及孩子的感受和需要-參加者能在日常生活實踐善意溝通，改善溝通和關係備註:-每節工作坊開始前兩小時截止報名-成功報名後你將收到由eventbrite發出之確認電郵-補充資料「善意溝通基礎包」將於工作坊完成後7個工作天內郵寄給你-線上登入連結將於工作坊進行當天電郵給你-工作坊將以雲端視像會議程式Zoom進行，敬請提前安裝*提示：如用手機進行工作坊，請提前下載有關之應用程式下載Zoom：<a href="https://zoomnow.net/zntw_zoom_download.php?showType=ALL" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://zoomnow.net/zntw_zoom_download.php?showType=ALL </a>使用條款與細則：1)凡資料不全、逾時或未依規格準備申請資料者，恕未能受理報名申請。2)如因任何原因缺席工作坊，歡迎你重新報名參加仍然有名額之工作坊。3)參加者於填寫報名表格時所提供的個人資料，將用作處理工作坊聯絡之相關事宜。一切資料，絕對保密。<a href="https://www.justfeel.hk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">關於「JUST FEEL 感講 」</a> 成立於 2018 年，由香港特區政府社會創新及創業發展基金﹑香港中文大學社企基金及青年智庫 MWYO 資助，結合善意溝通 (Compassionate Communication) 及社交情緒學習 (Social &amp; Emotional Learning, SEL)，透過學生課程﹑老師工作坊﹑家長講座﹑訓輔政策改善，與學校共建善意溝通校園，協助學生提升自我了解﹑加強自我管理，並鼓勵他們多表達感受，多以溝通化解衝突，也鼓勵教師以「班級關係經營」提升學生對學校的歸屬感﹑以修復式正義 (Restorative Justice) 取代懲罰式正義 (Retributive Justice)，與學生建立良好師生關係，以「預防」取代「補救」。曾獲得超過 25 篇媒體報導，包括有線電視﹑明報及信報等，並與 YMCA﹑教育燃新﹑Teach For Hong Kong﹑好單位等機構合作，至今已培訓超過 1500 名教師及 1000 名家長，服務超過 3000 名學生。關於「Better Me Better We」一個由教育燃新Ednovators主理，屬於香港教師、家長、學生的身心靈教學支援平台。我們相信，面對疫情，在困難的時間，大家更需要以人為本，「關心彼此 共學同行」，照顧大家的心情、社交與教學需要。我們誠意邀請你在滿滿的日程中安排時間，利用這個平台靜下來覺察自己的身心狀態、彼此關懷、建立更深厚的人際關係及支援網絡，並持續為學生帶來更好的學習。讓我們陪伴你成為 Better Me，成就 Better We！
