Berlin is fast becoming the most talked-about city for real estate investment. Germany’s capital has taken London’s crown as the location of choice for overseas property investors, and for good reason. Free university education, no capital gains tax* and low prices are driving the city’s growth in foreign direct investment.
In this seminar, you will learn the Why, How and Where of investing in Berlin property.
Our panel of expert speakers from Hong Kong and Germany will discuss the economic case that supports property investment in Berlin as well as the processes involved. They will share their insights on the property market, covering entry-level units through to luxury real estate, and from residential to commercial. There will be a spotlight on the ins and outs of the German tax system and an open Q&A to wrap up the evening for any questions you may have on the topics discussed.
