Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn or you may also incorporate other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins.
You can use the embroidery technique on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, dresses, stockings... you name it!
Embroidery is not only a "craft" but a great way to transfer your creativity onto your favorite items around you or making a store-bought item personal and special.
A secret benefit...
It is therapeutic and meditative too :)
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
The class is a fun and colourful introduction to hand embroidery that is designed for beginners or those who want a refresher. You will start by learning the tools of the craft, how to use a hoop and how to transfer a pattern.
Next, we'll explore a selection of stitches - running stitch, back stitch, chain stitch, stem stitch, French knots and more.
You will leave feeling confident to start your own project or perhaps continue to our intermediate workshop to expand your knowledge even more.

With just +100HKD, you can bring along your helper. Please inform us once you confirmed your booking, arrangements can be made accordingly.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation or changes(eg. rescheduling) is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.
