About this event

Maintaining a healthy mind and body is crucial during pregnancy. We will focus on poses for pregnant women to increase strength and flexibility.

Prenatal yoga teaches you how to be present for both yourself and your baby during pregnancy so that you can become beautifully connected. It also helps to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for more accessible and more comfortable labour.

About your trainer

Amelie was born in France and fell in love with South-East Asia while studying in the Philippines. Many travels and countless adventures later, she finally settled in Hong Kong in 2016 and began her Yoga Journey. As a former Dancer, movements & sports have always been at the center of her life. Forever Nature lover, she truly enjoys being outside: when not on the mat, you can find her surfing or climbing HK’s crags. After several years of personal Yoga practice, Amelie decided to step out of her comfort zone and took an Intense Yoga training in India. She is now a 200Hours RYT, dedicated to transmitting her passion to help others. Continuously exploring Life through a Yoga window, her classes are powerful, playful, and heartfelt. Because sharing is caring, her approach is centered on each student's well-being, with close attention to detail and unlimited patience.

  • Activity is outdoors (in full sun)
  • Stay hydrated at all times.
  • Wear sunscreen
