You will experience many physical, emotional and hormonal changes throughout this period and you may be wondering about how to stay active while keeping yourself and your baby safe.
We've partnered with Mothercare on a two-part series led by our co-founder and resident barre mama, Karen Lim, to help you establish a healthy pre and post-natal fitness practice.
