Event overview

Leading professional and member organisations in the infrastructure space have got together to form a unique coalition, with the aim of fundamentally changing the way government and industry deals with disputes. The Conflict Avoidance Coalition has been shaped by RICS, ICE, RIBA, CIArb, DRBF, ICC and the ICES, and it is actively supported by major employers in UK.

Attend this event to hear how the coalition aims to raise awareness of the value of conflict avoidance and early intervention techniques and promote the use of mechanisms that enable them.

  • Understanding the promotion a culture of collaboration in the UK’s construction industry and adapting it locally
  • Reducing financial and other costs associated with conflict
  • Growing the reputation of the profession and its professionals and their technical expertise
