About this event

Enhancing Wellbeing Through Therapeutic Expressive Arts

The main purpose of our 6-session Therapeutic Expressive Arts program is to provide a supportive and creative environment where individuals can explore and enhance their self-esteem. Through a combination of art activities, dance therapy, and drama exercises, participants will engage in self-discovery and personal expression.

Are you ready to explore your inner self through creativity? The workshop combines art and psychology to foster personal growth, self-esteem, and community connection. Over 6 weeks, we’ll dive into key themes such as:

💖 *Self-Esteem*
🌱 *Personal Growth*
🌀 *Authenticity*
✨ *Self-actualisation*
🤝 *Community Connection*
🌈 *Self-Worth*
🧘‍♀ *Body Awareness*
💗 *Self-Compassion*

Each 2-hour session will guide you in expressing your emotions and insights through various art forms. No prior art experience is needed—just bring your openness and creativity!

*Key Benefits:*

1. *Creative Expression:* Art allows individuals to communicate feelings and thoughts that may be difficult to express verbally. This creative outlet fosters a sense of freedom and empowerment.

2. *Self-Reflection:* Each session encourages participants to reflect on their experiences, helping them identify strengths, aspirations, and areas for growth.

3. *Community Support:* Group activities create a sense of belonging and connection, reducing feelings of isolation and promoting shared experiences.

4. *Building Confidence:* Engaging in artistic activities and sharing creations in a safe space can boost self-confidence, helping participants recognize and celebrate their unique talents.

5. *Mind-Body Connection:* Integrating movement with art enhances awareness of the body and emotions, promoting holistic well-being.

By the end of the program, participants will not only have developed their artistic skills but also gained valuable insights into their self-worth and identity. Join us on this transformative journey of self-exploration and empowerment!
