Will there be catering provided?

Catering is not provided for the conference. However, there will be time for conference guests to buy their own meals in nearby areas. Ordering food to Shaw Auditorium is also a viable option.

Am I allowed to eat or drink inside the conference?

Accepted Answer

Eating and drinking is NOT allowed within the vicinities of the lecture theatres where the conference takes place.

Question 3

If I am a high school student may I still register to be a guest?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, secondary school students are welcome to attend the conference. You may fill in your details in the registration using your high school student identity.

If I am unable to be at the conference in person, can I join the meeting virtually?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can email us at executivesecretary@hksan.org and we will provide you with the zoom link for your virtual access to the meetings.
