1. 是次活動歡迎所有18歲以上人士。

2. 每位參加者須先付HK$500按金預留位置，如要取消預留，需於活動舉行最少三日前通知，否則按金不獲發還。

4. 位置會以先到先得的形式發售，以入數時間為準，售完即止。

5. 參加是次活動的餘額費用會於活動舉行當日(6月22日)在晚宴開始前，AMDC團隊會向各位在餐廳收取，我們接受現金、PayMe及虛擬貨幣付款。

**Notes to the event:

1. To reserve a spot, deposit of $500/seat must be paid in advance (for both AMDC NFT Holders and non-Holders; crypto payment is welcomed). Any cancellation MUST be made at least 3 days before the event or the deposit will NOT be refunded

2. To register for the event, please send WhatsApp to 9098 9760. The team will follow up with you and provide you with payment details

3. Spots are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. While stocks last. 

4. Balance of the payment will be collected by AMDC team at the event venue (Pheromone) on 22nd June before the start of the dinner. Payment can be made in cash, PayMe or cryptocurrency.

5. AMDC reserves all the rights of any possible change of terms and conditions as well as final decision for this event. In the event of adverse weather conditions or change of social distancing rules, please pay attention to our announcements for any updated event arrangement.

6. This event is ONLY open to participants who are at age 18 or above.

Chairman of Hong Kong Wine & Spirits Writers Association, the former chairman of Greater China Wine Critics Association, and has been the co-chairman of Shanghai International Wine Challenge since 2011.
