Overview

In an increasingly uncertain and policy-driven economic environment, conditions can change rapidly. Property as an asset class is impacted by this volatility, though with long lags and measurement issues, traditional data sources may not always capture this in a timely and accurate manner. In the seminar, the speaker will share with us on what alternative data sources is. Join us with a panel to discuss how to blend alternative sources of data with traditional analysis, and what this alternative data implies is coming up for Hong Kong’s property market.
