With 2026 just around the corner, this is a meaningful moment to pause and reflect. A time to realign our spirit, heart, and mind, so that our choices in the new year are supported by clear intention and inner wisdom.

In this New Year Resolution Class, we will gather as a small, supportive community. We will look within and reflect honestly on the past year—what nourished us, what drained us, and what we are now ready to release. Through guided practices, journaling, and heartfelt sharing, we will invite clarity, steadiness, and inspiration to step into a purposeful and meaningful new year.
