(Principal Economist, Hong Kong Trade Development Council) Wing Chu is Principal Economist of HKTDC Research, with oversight of economic issues relating to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. He also heads up Research’s Special Projects and Business Advisory Service, which is supported by a team of business advisors seconded from several key mainland China government departments,   Among his more recent research projects has been a study of mainland China’s outbound investment strategy, a review of the opportunities set to emerge from the Greater Bay Area’s ongoing evolution, and an ongoing appraisal of the implications of the growing number of regional free trade agreements (e.g. RCEP).

(Alternate Chief Executive, RD Wallet) SK Lee is the Chief Commercial Officer of RD Technologies, a FinTech company providing innovative payment and eCDD solutions for local and overseas business customers. He is also the Alternate Chief Executive of RD Wallet – a Stored Value Facility licenced in Hong Kong and a multi-currency business account for global businesses; and a board director of RD ezLink – HK’s first corporate KYC Utility with an aim to solve pain points and reshape the CDD landscape for corporates and financial institutions.

(Regional Sales Director, XTransfer Limited) Terence has years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, familiar with overseas and domestic B2C and B2B e-commerce platforms, and has been deeply involved in the Hong Kong SME market for many years and understands the needs and pain points of SMEs on cross-border payments. He has worked as an e-commerce expert in Alibaba and is currently the Regional Sales Director of XTransfer.

(Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, HKTV) Ms. Jelly ZHOU is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (Hong Kong) of Hong Kong Technology Venture Company Limited, is primarily responsible for day-to-day management of the Hong Kong business operations including sales and marketing, O2O shop management, customer services, automated fulfilment and logistics functions and development of the Group’s digital ecosystem, namely HKTVmall. Prior to her current role, she held numerous positions and has extensive experience in marketing, business development, customer services, content distribution and partnership and production administration.

With years of relevant industry experience across various sectors, Kenny supports the company in establishing strategic partnerships with different enterprises and expanding the merchants' portfolio. Kenny has also been instrumental in creating a more diversified business portfolio with enhancement of both overseas and local leisure experiences. This echoes with the company's transformation to power and revitalize the travel industry. With his strong business knowledge, experience and enthusiasm, he will guide the company to take a significant step forward in the new era of travel.

(General Manager, JCDecaux Transport) Ray Lee, the General Manager of JCDecaux Transport, is responsible for the development of advertising media for MTR and Airport Express. He is committed to integrating the strengths of outdoor advertising with online and mobile advertising and has led the sales team to develop the Programmatic Digital Out of Home (DOOH) outdoor advertising. Ray began his journey in the digital media industry in 2000 when he joined DoubleClick HK. In 2017, he became the CEO of Shimba Digital Ltd, a startup under Sing Tao News Corporation, where he promoted and marketed various digital media platforms and developed new social media and e-commerce platforms.

(Deputy General Manager, SHOPLINE HK) Nick Chiu is Hong Kong Deputy General Manager of SHOPLINE, the largest smart commerce enabler in Asia. Nick joined SHOPLINE in 2021 to manage all business and marketing operations for SHOPLINE in Hong Kong with a focus on partnerships and acquisitions strategy. Having spent the last 6 years spearheading the Asia expansion efforts for a multinational SaaS company in the capacity of the Head of Commercial, Nick has a clear grasp of the Asian markets and is highly experienced in strategy development and execution. Nick has demonstrated success in driving new market expansion through deft cross-country management of his team across different functions.
