AIA Hong Kong Chapter Mentorship Program 2024
The window to apply for the AIA Hong Kong Mentorship Program is now open!

This is an 11-month program during which time Mentors and Mentees participate in a mutually crafted "learning partnership" based on the career interests of the Mentees. This may be done via in-person meetings, telephone conversations, email correspondence, ZOOM meetings or other communication via social networks.

We encourage current AIA Hong Kong Chapter members to become Mentors and share their valuable experience and insights with our young members.

Mentee Eligibility

Mentees must be AIA Hong Kong Chapter members who are currently studying in an undergraduate or graduate program or who have graduated from college/university within the last 10 years. Priority will be given to members who have not participated in this program before.

Next Steps

If you are interested in participating in the 2024 Mentorship Program either as a Mentor or Mentee, please sign up via the relevant Eventbrite link below, by 19 February 2024 (Monday):

Once your application has been received, we will pair up Mentors and Mentees based on each Mentor’s work experience/areas of professional expertise and the Mentee’s desired career path.

The matched Mentor/Mentee pairs will be expected to attend a kick-off event that will take place on 24 February 2024 (Saturday) from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Sky Garden of Landmark South in Wong Chuk Hang.
