Hong Kong's beloved winter tradition, the AIA Carnival, returns to the Central Harbourfront from 22nd December 2025 to 1st March 2026. This year, we’re turning up the excitement with thrilling new rides, and exciting games where everyone can have a chance to bring home their favourite toys. Join us to discover vibrant, Instagram-worthy installations perfect for your next post, and refuel at our F&B stalls serving delicious treats.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

EXCITING RIDES. Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping line-up of thrill rides, family favourites and kid-friendly rides, featuring headline rides making their debut in Hong Kong and even Asia for the very first time!

NEW TOYS & GAMES. The Carnival will showcase a fresh range of toys, some made exclusively for the event, including many popular characters. Plus, watch out for three brand-new Carnival games!

MORE TREATS & EATS. This year, we’re expanding our food and beverage offerings, serving up a wide array of international flavours, local favourites, and classic carnival snacks.

ENTERTAINMENT OVERLOAD. Get ready for more music programming every weekend, and roving entertainers to keep the kids happy at all times!

EXCITING NEW PHOTO OPS & THEMED AREAS. We’ll be introducing whimsical and eye-catching themed areas across the event. You will be spoilt for choice for taking photos.

HENDERSON LAND COMMUNITY ARENA. From belly dancing to cultural showcases, the Henderson Land Community Arena’s line-up celebrates the city’s rich creative spirit.

BLUE GIRL DAI PAI DONG. The fan-favourite returns with a refreshed lineup of events from lively Canto-disco parties to label showcases spotlighting emerging local artists.

條款及細則 Terms & Conditions

友邦嘉年華（以下簡稱 "嘉年華"）由活動主辦機構Great China Entertainment Group製作（以下簡稱“主辦方”）。門票之發放和嘉年華入場須遵守主辦方的條款及細則，這些條款及細則載於網站 www.aiacarnival.com/zh-Hant-HK/terms-conditions (“網站”)及嘉年華入口處。主辦方保留因不可避免的情況而更改活動資訊或時間表的權利。若發生任何爭議，主辦方的決定將為最終及具約束力的決定。

友邦保險（國際）有限公司 並非嘉年華主辦方，而僅為嘉年華的贊助商，不負責嘉年華的組織、營運、內容、安全或品質，包括節目資訊、日程安排、售票、設施、遊樂設施或嘉年華的任何其他方面。

1.門票適用於2025年12月22日至2026年3月1日期間(含首尾兩日)的 任何日子 （2026年1月9日及16日除外）

2.每張門票僅限一人於營業時間內單次入場有效。各日的開放時間請參閱網站.

3.3 歲以下兒童, 65 歲或以上長者和殘障人士可免費入場。任何享有此優惠的人士可能會被工作人員要求出示有效證件以核實其資格。

4.小童門票包括 3 至 11 歲的兒童須向嘉年華出示有效證件正本。 11 歲或以下兒童必須由 15 歲或以上人士陪同。

5.門票不可轉讓、不可交換、不可退款，並僅在票券上展示的日期有效；除非符合門票條款與細則中的第3.2條款中的換票規定，此規定載於 www.aiacarnival.com/zh-Hant-HK/terms-conditions。

6.持實體門票的訪客必須於入口處出示實體門票正本方可入場。任何情況下均不接受數位副本、照片、電子設備截圖或門票影印本。

7.若遇特殊情況需關閉嘉年華或者調整營運時間，主辦方將依據相關部門之決策行事，並可能因惡劣天氣、安全考量或維修需要等情況而在未有事先通知的情況下實施相關變更。

8.個別遊樂設施或景點因可能因惡劣天氣、安全問題、維修或其他營運需要而暫停開放，恕不另行通知。

9.嘉年華嚴禁下列活動:

(a) 於嘉年華場地內食用或飲用在外購買的食品或飲料；

(b) 出售商品或服務，事先徵得主辦方同意者除外；

(c) 進行商業攝影或攝像，事先徵得主辦方同意者除外；

(d) 分發任何種類的印刷品或錄製材料，事先徵得主辦方同意者除外；

(e) 未經許可的活動、示威或演講，或使用任何旗幟、橫幅或標語，以及其他未經許可的公眾集會；

(f) 操作遙控飛行裝置；

(g) 進行任何不安全的行為或其他可能妨礙嘉年華或任何相關設施運作的行為。

10. 除持有有效身份證明的服務型動物外，嘉年華不允許攜帶寵物或動物入場。

11.訪客購票或進入嘉年華場地，即表示接受並同意主辦方可拍攝、錄影及使用其肖像或聲音作商業用途，並在法律允許範圍內放棄對該等使用的任何索償或權利。

12.訪客同意遵守工作人員為確保安全和秩序而發出的所有通知和指示。

13.嘉年華有權拒絕非法、不安全或令人反感的行為，或在主辦方認為有必要的情況下，拒絕其入場， 或要求其離開嘉年華場地，而不給予退款或賠償。

14.除法律規定外，並在法律允許的最大範圍內，主辦方均不對訪客遭受的任何損害、損失或人身傷害承擔責任，無論該損害、損失或人身傷害是由主辦方的疏忽或其他原因造成。

15.如有爭議，嘉年華保留對爭議及其他票務相關事宜的最終決定權。

16.中英文條款如有歧義，概以英文版本為準。

The AIA Carnival (“Carnival”) is produced by the Event Organiser, Great China Entertainment Group (“Organiser”). The issuance of tickets and admission to the AIA Carnival are subject to the organiser’s Terms and Conditions, which are set out in the website at www.aiacarnival.com/terms-conditions (“Website”) and at the Carnival entrance. The Organiser reserves the right to change the program information or schedule should unavoidable circumstances dictate. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

AIA International Limited is not the organiser for the Carnival, and is a sponsor of the Carnival only. It is not responsible for the organisation, operation, content, safety, or quality of the Carnival, including program information, schedule, ticketing, facilities, attractions, or any other aspect of the Carnival.

1.Ticket is valid for any day from 22 December 2025 to 1 March 2026 (both dates inclusive), except 9th and 16th January 2026.

2.Each ticket is valid for single entry by one person during opening hours. Please refer to the Website for opening hours for each day of operation.

3.Children under 3 years old, Seniors aged 65 or above, and people with disabilities are permitted entry for free. Any person entitled to this offer may be requested by staff to produce a valid document for verification of eligibility.

4.Child ticket is for children aged 3 to 11 years. Any person entitled to this offer may be requested by staff to produce a valid document for verification of eligibility. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above.

5.Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and only valid on the date(s) shown on the ticket, except as provided under the ticket exchange policy in Clause 3.2 of the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.aiacarnival.com/terms-conditions.

6.Visitors holding printed tickets must present the original physical ticket at the entrance for admission. Digital copies, photographs, screenshots, or photocopies of tickets will not be accepted under any circumstances.

7.In the unlikely event that the Carnival is required to close or its opening hours are changed, the Organiser will act in accordance with decisions and guidance issued by the relevant authorities. Such changes may be implemented without prior notice due to circumstances including adverse weather conditions, safety concerns or maintenance requirements.

8.Individual rides or attractions may be suspended or temporarily closed without prior notice due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, maintenance needs, or other operational requirements.

9.The following activities are strictly prohibited in the Carnival:

(a) Consumption of food or drink purchased outside the Carnival;

(b) Sale of goods or services except with prior consent of the Organiser;

(c) Commercial photography or videography except with prior consent of the Organiser;

(d) Distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind except with prior consent of the Organiser;

(e) Unauthorised events, demonstrations or speeches, the use of any flag, banner or sign, and any other unauthorised public gatherings;

(f) Playing with or operating remote-controlled flying devices;

(g) Engaging in any unsafe behaviour or other act that may impede the operation of the Carnival or any associated facilities.

10. No pets or animals are permitted in the Carnival, except for service animals with valid identification.

11.By purchasing a ticket or entering the Carnival grounds, visitors acknowledge and agree that the Organiser may photograph, film, and use their likeness or voice for commercial purposes. To the extent permitted by law, visitors waive any claims or rights related to such use.

12.Visitors agree to comply with all notices and instructions issued by the Carnival staff for the purpose of maintaining safety and order.

13.The Organiser reserves the right to deny admission, or request exit from Carnival grounds, without refund or compensation, for illegal, unsafe or offensive behaviour, or if the Organiser considers that the circumstances so require.

14.Except where required by law, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by visitors, whether the same is caused by negligence of the Organiser or otherwise.

15.In the event of disputes, the Organiser reserves the right to make final decision on the dispute and other ticket related matters.

16.In the event there are inconsistencies between the English and Chinese Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
