You will learn 4-5 tricks flow in the class. It is hard to follow teacher's instruction with lots of classmates flowing in the classroom (and also hard to rmb all the steps!) Our certified Aerial Yoga teacher will give you some tips for flying and how to do trick elegantly!
Yes, We are have high ceiling (3.6m), thus, you won't bump into the ceiling when doing complicated tricks!
