We know the core serves as the base of strength for tons of yoga postures. This sequence will help you work on building stability through all of your ab muscles, so you’ll be able to feel stronger in your practice. This class will be combines classic yoga poses, plank variations and some other abs workout to ensure that you work all of your abdominal muscles. Your abs will immediately feel the effects of this practice.

Charlotte is a Hatha / vinyasa / pre & post natal / yin yoga instructor. She believes yoga is freedom and release. Her passion is to make yoga accessible for everyone. Charlotte sequences her classes with dynamic flow and relaxing stretch. And yet focused approach to let students explore the connection of body, mind and breath. She hopes people would feel awakened physically and mentally in her class.

This class will be held in person and live streamed via ZOOM.
In-person Class: The class will be held at Sweaty Betty Pacific Place Store - Shop 120B, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Admiralty
Zoom Class: Please log in at least 10-minutes prior to the start time. The zoom link will be provided shortly after registration.
