In this workshop, Ruchi draws on case studies and leads activities to empasize both the challenges we face, but what can be done to better equip yourself against them.

About the Workshop Leader

The Mind Talk is an online magazine dedicated to exploring and promoting mental health and well-being. Content is both informative and relatable. The online magazine was founded by Hong Kong-resident Ruchi Om, who developed an interest in mental health when facing her own challenges. Today, Ruchi is a qualified Mental Wellness Coach through Aum Consulting and a mental health advocate. According to her, she wanted to create a magazine that brought stigmatized topics to the forefront via well-written and insightful articles about lived experiences in Hong Kong.
