In this three-hour morning retreat, we'll peel back the layers of identity that have been holding you back from being your most authentic self. By identifying and creating healthy boundaries and eliminating people-pleasing behaviour, we will celebrate who you are at your very core, giving you a chance to meet your own needs, wholly and completely.
Through our signature blend of breathwork, meditation, journalling, sharing and oracle-card readings, we'll reflect on who you are and how to live your life in a way that is happy, purposeful and aligned.
