Morning Qigong promotes the movement of energy throughout the body, with the focus on gently opening and stretching the whole body. The gentle, mindful movements, makes it's suitable for anyone, regardless of age and ability.

Morning Qigong, Forest Bathing, Meals, and Accommodation are all included.
Generous moments for self-reflection in nature allow you to connect with yourself on a deeper level, refresh, and find balance and harmony through the connection with nature.
All rooms are good for one person, with private bathroom, air-con, and service water is included.

4.30pm: Experience the relaxation of our late afternoon chill-out introduction to Pleasure of Presence, letting nature set the stage as the day magically winds down.

7am: Early Morning Qigong- Recharge your well-being with Qigong, as we guide you through the slow, gentle, flowing movements, enhancing flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.

9.30am: Forest Bathing -introduction to Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing, is the practice of immersing yourself in nature to enhance your well-being. It involves mindfully experiencing the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest, promoting relaxation and a deeper connection with the natural world. It's not about hiking, but rather about slowing down, connecting with the natural environment, and reaping the physical and mental health benefits that arise from this gentle, intentional interaction with the forest.
